Sun Safe

SSSC has been awarded their Sun Safe certificate which is a national accreditation. We have been learning the importance of staying safe in the sun by providing pupils with shelter, sunscreen, sun safety displays, UV monitors and displaying the UV forecast on a daily basis. Pupils have also been learning how to keep safe in the sun in their tutor groups by using the resources that the Sun Safe Programme has provided. 

The programme has also provided SSSC with all the tools, guidance and support they need to prove and be rewarded for their commitment to protection, education and collaboration.
